What we offer

• Treatment Groups

All professional services provided by Master’s degreed and licensed counselors and social workers. Chemical Dependency and other treatment certifications also represented in our highly trained staff.

Counseling

Individual, Couple, Family, and Group Counseling for Children, Adolescents & Adults

Available for families seeking assistance with life problems
such as:

Personal Stress
Marital and Relationship Problems
Alcohol and Drug Abuse
Parenting and Family Issues
Anger Management for Adults and Teens
Depression and Anxiety
Addictive Behaviors

Employee Family Assistance Program

Greenleaf Family Center contracts with employers to provide employees and their families services including:

Counseling
Education Programs
Drug/Alcohol Assessment

Consultation and Program Development for:
  o Department of Transportation
  o Workplace Performance Issues
  o Drug Free Workplace Program

The Behavioral Health Services Program also offers these specialized programs:

• Anger Management for Men & Women

• Anger Management for Teens

• Moving Beyond Abuse: A program for domestic violence victims

• Anxiety Management

• Employee Family Assistance Program (An EAP servicing local companies)

Program services are:

• Available to people of all ages

• Accessible at branch offices throughout Summit County

• Offered day, evening and Saturdays

• Available with no waiting list

• Affordable to people at all income levels

In addition to accepting payment from major insurance companies, we are approved Medicaid and Medicare providers. Individuals without coverage are eligible for our sliding fee scale made possible by United Way
