The safety of Greenleaf Family Center’s clients and staff is our top priority and therefore, wearing of masks is required until further notice. We will keep you updated as conditions change and we thank you for following our COVID safety precautions.
Our Behavioral Health department is providing individual counseling appointments through in-person sessions and we are continuing to offer Telehealth therapy if your insurance plan offers it. Telehealth enables our clinicians to provide HIPAA compliant services to our clients over the phone, so you don’t have to come into the office. Your clinician will call you during your scheduled appointment time at your preferred number.
We are currently offering group sessions in person and/or via Telehealth. Please call our office at the phone number listed below to get more information and to register.
Greenleaf is transitioning all Diagnostic Assessments to in-person and our behavioral health department is accepting new clients. You may continue to call the office to schedule appointments.

Our Adolescent Suicide Prevention Program (ASPP) is available to provide in-class or virtual programming based upon your school’s needs. Please contact Daniel Bennett at 330-376-9494 ext 211 to schedule a presentation.
Our PEERS Parent Advocates are continuing to support families by phone and in community meetings through teleconference. If you need PEERS services, please contact April Brewer, Director of Prevention and Community Services at (330) 376-9494, ext.221.
The Celebrating Families! program will begin a 16-week virtual series beginning Sept. 28 - Jan. 18, 2021. Please contact April Brewer at 330-376-9494 Ext 221 to register.
Community Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing's American Sign Language classes will be delivered virtually through Zoom for our 2021-2022 sessions! Classes will begin in the Fall. Click here for more information and to register.

Greenleaf Family Center wants you to know that the safety of our clients and staff is our top priority.
Coronavirus Safety Requirements

All visitors to the Agency will be required to complete a verbal health screening.

Please take your temperature prior to entering the building. Do not come if your temperature is above 100.4, as you will not be allowed to enter.

If you have a cough, sore throat or loss of smell and/or taste do not enter the building.

If you have had shortness of breath (new within the past 2 weeks, not part of an ongoing medical diagnosis), do not enter the facility.

If you have had contact with anyone in a medically recommended or ordered quarantine OR have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks do not enter the facility.

Maintaining social distancing guidelines -- at least 6 feet apart at all times is required.

Everyone in the building is required to wear a face covering (covering both nose and mouth). Masks may be purchased for $1.00 if you do not have one. Children under the age of 2 years should not wear a mask.

Everyone in the building is required to sign a COVID-19 pledge upon entering the building.

Greenleaf Family Center is considered an essential human service agency and though our Governor has issued a Stay at Home Order to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus we are still serving our clients!
Our services may look different, but we assure you we will continue providing the essential services you need and want during this time. To contact us to schedule or reschedule an appointment, our switchboard is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Friday mornings, 9 am until 12:00 noon. Outside of these hours, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call.

Community Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Coronavirus has dramatically impacted Greenleaf Family Center’s Community Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program (CSD). We are doing our best to ensure that the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind community continue with the same level of communication access prior to the pandemic. With social distancing in place, we are working diligently to meet your interpreting needs. We appreciate your patience during this time. Advocacy and Support Services is available in our office Monday-Thursday, but by appointment only. For your safety, we strongly encourage Video Phone appointments unless there is paperwork that must be signed. Our Moms and Babies First Program cannot offer face to face home visits to our clients until further notice pursuant to an order from the State Department of Health. Our clients will have full access to their Community Health Worker (CHW) via telephone (cell phone included), email, and Face Time. We are still accepting agency referrals and new clients. We are working to ensure the safety and health of our families during this difficult time. If for some reason you are unable to reach your CHW, please call Michelle Watkins, Program Director at (330)-606-2043.
