Community Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CSD) provides advocacy and support for any individual who is Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, late-deafened, or has hearing loss, and their families to ensure equal access to community resources.
CSD advocacy and support services include:

- Basic needs assistance
- Accessing government assistance programs
- Independent Living Skills
- Vocational Rehabilitation Services
- Advocacy in a variety of community, educational, hospital, and legal settings
- Communication access
