Biography
Traci has always had a passion for helping others, which led her to join Greenleaf Family Center in 2021. Before becoming the Program Manager of Moms and Babies First, now Family First Steps, she has worked as a Case Manager for the Automotive Repair Maintenance Initiative (ARMI) at the agency.
With 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Traci has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of individuals and families in the community. Her goal is to continue that mission and improve the well-being of others. She first put her Human and Social Services associate degree to effective use in her work and later pursued further education, earning a bachelor’s degree in social science. This achievement has strengthened her commitment to supporting and empowering those she serves.
